I'm Virginia Diez a makeup artist based in San Juan, Puerto Rico and the creator of The Soft Glow Method.

The method is built on a single belief: the best makeup looks like your best skin, not a look that was designed for someone else's face. My approach is skin-first, which means every appointment starts with preparation. The result is a finish that photographs beautifully, lasts through heat and humidity, and still feels completely like you at the end of the night.

I was born and raised in Puerto Rico and trained across fashion, bridal, and commercial markets in Miami and internationally. Before I became a full-time artist, I spent years as a Global Director of Sales at luxury and lifestyle hotels, leading strategy across 36 properties worldwide. I also work as a makeup artist for TNA Wrestling's national TV productions and pay-per-view events. Broadcast lighting is unforgiving, timelines are tight, and there is no room for error. That standard of precision comes with me to every bridal morning, every editorial set, every private appointment.

I serve brides, resort and hotel guests, editorial clients, productions and private clients across Puerto Rico and United States. I'm available for destination bookings and travel.
