Once your retainer is submitted, your date is officially reserved and the planning process begins. Payment confirms acceptance of the service agreement and booking policies sent.

The Bridal Preview
A personalized bridal consultation and preview session where we design your wedding day look together. During this appointment we explore your vision, assess your skin and refine the details of your Soft Glow bridal look so everything feels effortless and aligned for the day of your wedding.

The Bride
A dedicated one-on-one bridal makeup experience designed exclusively for the bride.
This option is perfect for intimate weddings, elopements or brides who prefer a quiet, personalized beauty moment. Your look will be crafted using Virginia’s signature Soft Glow method for elegant, long-wearing bridal makeup.
Additional makeup appointments may be added at $250 per person.
The Bridal Party Experience
On-location makeup artistry for the bride and up to four members of the bridal party, ensuring everyone looks polished, cohesive, and photo-ready.
Virginia creates a calm, organized beauty experience while maintaining her signature skin-first Soft approach designed to photograph beautifully in natural light and professional photography.
Additional guests may be added at $250 per person.
